Which tummy control pants do you suggest?
I need a good tummy control underwear for a nice dress for a wedding, it should be also aliitle compfy, because I get rashes from the very tight ones, I have seen these from tinny and sussana brand are they any good?
I have relative small breast cup C and after the birth of my son and C-section my tummy looks bulgy and I hate it

How can I create my own Spanx (control underwear)?
Hey there ladies!
I love love love Spanx control underwear being, as my 13month old has left me with a nice little tummy (or "love pouch" as my husband calls is). what i dont love is the price. i just hate spending $35- $75.00 on what essentially is extremely durable panty hose.
I am wondering if their are any templates or instruction guides on how to sew your own Spanx-like underwear. What would you use to do this? I am pretty sure Lycra/Spandex would be the main fabric used, but where would I buy this?
