what do i do to prevent getting my underwear bloody overnight during my period?
My underwear, and sometimes my sheets get bloody 'cause of my period at night. i use pads with wings, and i even use underwear thats tighter than usual so nothing will get blood over it, but it still happens.
my night period isn't different than my day one, so yeah...
help me prevent this, it's embarassing, uncomfortable, and my bloody underwear still has stains, HELP!
I'M NOT USING A TAMPON
um try putting an old blanket down over your sheets so you dont get your sheets bloddy...also you can try sitting up more so its almost like your sitting in bed sleeping....i know its uncomfortable but it does work....also laying on your side might help......and if that doesnt work get those really really big overnight pads those cover just about your whole underwear
