Can I lose 10 inches off my hips in 3 months?
I am a plus size girl, size 24, I'm not going to lie. Prom is in 3 months and I REALLY want to fit into this size 18 dress I've seen in stores. Here it is: http://www.peachesboutique.com/Prom-Dress-BG-Haute-C21017.aspx
Is it possible for me to lose 10 inches off my hips in 3 months? If so, how? I have 57" hips right now and I need 47" to fit this dress. I most certainly carry love handles and my belly overlaps my natural hips, so I'm not opposed to wearing shapers underneath the dress (so I could be a size 20 and wear shapers that make me an 18.
Any help you guys can give me, I would greatly appreciate. THANK YOU!
Yes it is possible.Take your best friend out and start jogging for 20-30 minutes everyday while consuming a fairly amount of lean meat.Quit eating rice,potatoes,pear,grapes,cereals and energy bars for these tree months.Consume yoghurts (plain),lean meat,cucumbers,peppers,sesame seeds(50g/day),cabbage,broccoli and such.Never get up from your table feeling full.Eat 5 meals per day,each being a small portion to increase your body's metabolism (and fat burning efficiency).
I also recommend a multivitamin complex (check your local pharmacies).I would have recommended a low carb diet,but that is more tricky to handle.
Nontheless i think you will have decent results with this diet.Good luck getting that dress.
