Weird girl part problems..plz help ladies!!!?

Ok..I have already posted a question abt not getting my periods and all I have also ruled out pregnancy. But for the past 3 days I have this weird problem.
I only get my period in the morning..I dont even know if thats a period. I see blood on my underwear and I keep a pad...but I see absolutely no discharge after this. Its like I bleed for five mins and this stops. Its happened 3 days in a row. What on earth is this???
Plz help me...I dunno whats going on.I am going to the doc on fri but I need some info on why this is happening.
I dont use BC pills but I am pretty stressed due to skool. I am 21 btw. I did start a new exrercise regime focusing on my abdomen.

I am not "new" to sex. So, i dont think sex could necessarily be the issue.
