What color makeup should I use? I have light brown hair emarld green/ choclate brown eyes?
I'm 14, have plae skin high cheek bones. I don't wear makeup all the time. But I have a dance coming up and I want to look nice 
if its a dance then im going to assume its dark so your allowed to wear a little more than you normally would.
Eyes : i would use covergirls eye enhancers 1 kit eyeshadow in purple pop its listed under blast this looks youthful because of the shimmer yet will play up those green eyes. http://www.covergirl.com/products/product.jsp?productId=eye_enhancers_1_kit_shadows
mascara :i suggest two coats of covergirl's lash blast mascara in waterproof to the upper lashes and if your going to be taking photos the bottoms ones as well because it will help to open up the eyes. http://www.covergirl.com/products/product.jsp?productId=lashblast_waterproof_mascara i would use very black.
eyeliner : i would just line your upper eyes with this and i would wing it out to help open your eyes as well http://www.covergirl.com/products/product.jsp?productId=lineexact_liquid_liner i recommend very black.
lip gloss : i would use a very light pink colour it looks fun but still goes with the rest of the look. http://www.covergirl.com/products/product.jsp?productId=wetslicks_fruit_spritzers i would use berry splash.
