Do Squeem Waist Cinchers work?
I ran across this article on shapewear. Has anyone ever tried one of these kind of waist cinchers? Do they really work like they claim to?
Yes they do work!
Im a user of the squeem compression vest and I love the results it gave me. I started wearing it after i gave birth to a 9lb baby and my midsection looked extremely squishy and overextended. It does give me a sexy shape unlike any other body shaper I've ever used (and i've used LOTS including spanx high waisted power panties).
HOWEVER,
the only thing I would say about this product is you can't wear it for longer then two hours! After two hours my head starts to hurt. Its funny because it doesn't feel tight at all when you put it on, but for some reason some people cant tolerate it longer then two hours. Im one of them. I save this shaper for short special occasions, which sucks because I wish I could use it every day 24/7!

Sizing of waist cinchers?
I was wondering if you should go a size smaller when choosing a waist cincher?
I am planning to use it as underwear under a pencil skirt.
For a waist cincher, you should go 2-4 inches less then your real waist size.
I usually go for 2 inches less, since 4 is very restricting and if you're not used to it, it can be quite uncomfortable.
